I’ve been a dancer for a long time & I’ve had numerous injuries over the years. Recently I sprained my hip which usually takes at least a month to overcome a comparable injury, but I could feel almost immediate relief and I was able to stand and walk again quite normally after just a few days.

I’ve had well over 500 messages of all kinds in my life and I’ve never experienced anything like what Phil did. Typically when I have neck and shoulder tightness the practitioner dives in on only that spot, but Phil worked on different parts of my body, while making some humming sounds & never touched my neck. Afterwards I was shock because I didn’t even think he did anything, but somehow he relieved the pain & the range of motion in my neck was amazing!
