If you want meaningful work, flexible shifts at various hours, and a supportive team behind you, this could be the right opportunity.Pay & Benefits· $17.50–$20.00 per hour, based on experience.· Weekly pay.· Flexible schedules with various hours available.· Paid time off.· 401(k) with company match after one year of service.· Ongoing training and support from a caring team.What You'll Do· Provide companionship and friendly conversation.· Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and laundry.· Support routine daily activities and personal care needs, as appropriate.· Provide medication reminders.· Assist with walking, transfers, and mobility.· Provide transportation or accompaniment to errands and appointments when needed.· Observe and report changes in a client's condition to the appropriate team member.· Maintain a respectful, safe, and supportive home environment.What You'll Need· Must be at least 18 years old.· Must be able to read and speak English.· Must provide a negative TB test or clear chest X-ray.· Must pass a background check.· Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.· Must be authorized to work in the United States.· One year of caregiving experience is preferred but not required; training and support are provided.Schedule & Service AreaFlexible shifts at various hours are available for client assignments in Moorpark and surrounding areas, including nearby Simi Valley and Camarillo.
