Freedom is the AI-native payroll and benefits platform for startups and small businesses. We rebuilt payroll, benefits, tax registration, and compliance with AI at the core.

We launched quietly, and the company is spreading quickly through word of mouth. Now we’re hiring for our first GTM role.

The Role

You'll be our first marketing hire, building the function from scratch with mentorship from industry experts. This is a role for an entrepreneurial self-starter who wants high ownership and is self motivated.

What you'll do

• Own full-funnel marketing: demand generation, inbound, outbound, and lifecycle
\n
• Build content that speaks to founders and SMB owners—landing pages, case studies, product launches, lifecycle emails
\n
• Identify and test channels (SEO/AEO, communities, partnerships, referrals, paid ads) and double down on winners
\n

Who you are

\n
• Driven, entrepreneurial, and passionate about marketing
\n
• Some real hands-on marketing experience—whether content, growth, demand gen, or product marketing
\n
• Preferably from high-growth technology startups (in-house, not agency)
\n
• Resourceful problem-solver who ships fast and learns faster than you plan
\n
• Strong writer who understands what resonates with founders and small business owners
\n
• Metrics-driven and comfortable owning outcomes with incomplete information
\n
