Required Skills:

Ability to follow safety guidelines and procedures consistently
Strong attention to detail and quality control
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
Basic math skills for measurements and quality checks
Good communication skills to work effectively within a team
Reliability and a strong work ethic

Nice to Have Skills:

Previous experience in manufacturing or assembly lines
Knowledge of safety protocols and industrial equipment
Ability to operate machinery or tools related to production
Bilingual abilities (English/Spanish) a plus

Preferred Education and Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment is preferred but not required; we are willing to train the right candidate

Other Requirements:

Must be able to work the designated shift hours: Monday-Friday, 7 AM - 3:30 PM
Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly
Willingness to work overtime if required
