The Night Shift Production Worker/Machine Operator plays a vital role in maintaining smooth production processes during nighttime hours. Working under the guidance of a direct supervisor on-site, this role involves operating multiple machines and workstations to ensure efficient production output. The worker is responsible for monitoring product quality, adhering to safety standards, handling inventory, and occasionally working overtime as needed.
