Ultimate Flexibility: Choose between a 7-on/7-off schedule or 24-hour shifts to maximize your time away from work.
Pure Inpatient Focus: No outpatient clinic responsibilities. You will manage roughly 3-5 consults and 8 procedures per shift.
Surgical Growth: Perform EGDs, colonoscopies, and food bolus removals in a dedicated endoscopy suite.
Invested in You: The hospital is open to investing in EUS equipment if you wish to incorporate it into your practice.

Compensation & Benefits (Hot Springs):

Daily Rate: $3,571 per shift
Earning Potential: Annual potential ranging from $750,000 to $900,000
Incentives: $50,000 sign-on bonus and $10,000 relocation assistance
$5,000 annual CME allowance and tuition reimbursement
