The successful candidate will partner with recruiters and hiring teams to coordinate a high volume of candidate interviews, ensuring a top-notch candidate experience. This role is pivotal within a collaborative team dedicated to ensuring candidates have a positive and lasting impression.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with the recruiting team to schedule candidate interviews (onsite, virtual, and phone) for high-volume technical and non-technical roles.Champion the onsite interview process by hosting candidates and providing an exceptional candidate experience.Serve as a primary point of contact for the Coordination team and drive the execution of team projects and initiatives.Work with recruiters and business stakeholders to identify and address inefficiencies in the interview process.Partner with the Recruiting Coordinator Lead on operational excellence initiatives by analyzing data and implementing changes.Required QualificationsEducation: A Bachelor’s Degree is required.Experience: 2-4 years of experience in a fast-paced environment balancing multiple tasks, ideally within Recruiting Coordination.Skills:Self-directed and able to balance a high sense of urgency with meticulous attention to detail.Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong customer service mindset.Ability to build rapport with candidates and internal business partners.Preferred QualificationsExperience working with various Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and scheduling tools.Proficiency with Google Workspace.Everforth Apex is a world-class IT services company that serves thousands of clients across the globe.
